RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Refunds are not offered in this online store.

If you need to do an exchange for the same item in a different size, send us an email at onlinestore@acapella.mx and send it to the address specified later in this page. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only changes of same products in different sizes are applicable. If we do not carry that product, we will offer you a wide variety of options of similar products. To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You need to send proof of the defect to support@acapella.mx within the first 36 hours after delivery, otherwise, we can't change your product(s).

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You should send you your tracking number and estimated delivery date to onlinestore@acapella.mx. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
